I feel for you. I’ve been in business May 4 for five years and I’ve always had five stars but literally two weeks ago. I did my dad‘s wife’s daughter so technically my step sister‘s hair and the first ever one star review was let by her. And I still don’t get it. She loved her hair when she left and then messaged me six days later, saying that it looked a little copper holder no problem we could get her in that same day. She said never mind that she would go somewhere else and then left me a one star review. Keep your head up.

just some advice from a business owner to another, do not reply to that Google review. Google has a way to where you can get reviews taken down. Contact support and they should be able to help you!
