Ingredients: 1 package of pastry puff sheets, thaw 2 sheets 1 lb bacon, cooked and chopped 1 block cream cheese, softened 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded 2-3 jalapenos, sliced and quartered 1 egg, beaten Directions: On a lightly floured surface, lightly roll out each pastry puff sheet until folds are smoothed out. Place one pastry puff sheet on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment. Using about half the block of cream cheese, smear a thin layer on top. Sprinkle two thirds of the shredded cheddar, half the bacon and half the jalapenos over the layer of cream cheese. Place the second sheet of pastry puff on top making sure the ends are aligned.
