I think personally that uncle iroh couldn’t save her because she was too far in. And tbh she was evil since she was a child and it’s definitely proven that she don’t listen. Especially when people try to tell her she’s on the wrong path. I don’t think that uncle iroh left her alone on purpose. For a bad reason. I just think that maybe he knew himself that he couldn’t save her

maturing is realizing that azula was never loved properly by anyone, ty lee didn’t love her just saw azula as her boss, mei didn’t even like azula, zuko despised azula, her mother saw her as a monster, her dad only “loved” her because he saw himself in her. no one ever loved her, she was never picked first but wasn’t ever picked last because of fear.

i love her but i dont agree when people say she's zuko without iroh, she was always more manipulative and malicious than zuko even in childhood as we see in flashbacks. could be because of other factors but they were different long before iroh stepped in with zuko
