You’ll learn this through finding 2-3 real estate investors their next projects. I actively teach this in Hold My Hand Wholesale. 2. You need a lender. I have your lender. Type “hashtag” “private money loans” in my discord and it’ll connect you with the lender that does 10% down. Ask the lender for $5-10k more on the rehab than your contractor quotes you. Trust me. 3. You’ll need a contractor. This is the hardest part. Not becasue contractors are hard to find but because many are unreliable. You’ll want to meet on Zoom with them. Go on Facebook and Google and start reaching out to them and request zoom meetings. Feel out their vibe, ask to see previous work, pay in draws and have the realtor confirm that the work is being done after each draw. 4. You should have $10,000 saved up for the down payment. This can be attained in 1-2 months through deal finding for flippers.
