I think a privacy window film would be super cute.they have some real pretty ones on amazon maybe consider painting the sink counter white/cream color to tie together the room

Hem curtains (an easy way is iron-on or stick on "hem tape", or hang them higher all so that they don't drag on the floor. You did such an awesome job!!!
