I get your point but i genuinely think its cos we grew up 😅 like i won’t have the same thrill like endgame did but I still have the excitement for Doomsday because of how dense it is compared to previous Avengers films.

I personally don’t agree. Marvel has still been the superhero franchise with the highest volume of good to great releases, especially compared to DC’s output from 2020–2024. Marvel at least had Shang-Chi, Black Panther Wakanda Forever, Doctor Strange 2 (I don’t think it was bad, but to each their own), Guardians 3, Far From Home, No Way Home, Deadpool & Wolverine, Black Widow, Thunderbolts, and Fantastic Four. Most of those have been viewed as solid or better within the comic book space, and many were also well received critically. Yes, Marvel hasn’t been as consistent as they used to be, and some of the Disney+ shows definitely watered down the brand. But I also think people exaggerate the MCU “decline,” especially when you compare it to their contemporaries, who were dropping miss after miss like the Sony-verse (Morbius, Venom 3, Madame Web) or DC with things like Aquaman 2, Wonder Woman 1984, etc. So even if you’re not that excited for Doomsday right now, at least wait for an official trailer, because there’s a strong chance it changes your mind. And the Russos haven’t missed when making an MCU movie yet, so I doubt they suddenly start now. I believe them when they keep emphasizing that the story is the priority. As for things to watch, I'd say just go for the most highly rated recent films and shows. If you do that, I dont think it will be a lot to watch. And with the ones you don't want to watch, just listen to recap vids that are less than 10min. That's my two cents.

I completely agree! I used to be like you and tried to see every single movie in the cinema leading up to Endgame, but I just can’t be bothered anymore because I just know that I’ll come out of it rolling me eyes. The quality of their movies and TV shows has really gone downhill. I tried so hard recently to get into the Wonder Man series and I just couldn’t, such a shame!

Wandavision was the last thing where I thought ‘that was awesome’ (Spider-Man projects excluded - i honestly see them as a Sony project over a Disney one)
