l hate derealization more than anything, the feeling of not being real, feeling when you can't even recognize yourself, you forget who you are and why you are, and after all of this you lose yourself forever not being able to restore what you lost

Hey guys, if it helps, one thing u can do is remind yourself that everything single “event” that happens inside ur body, happens to keep YOU alive! Nothing is more real than that. Although you’ve lost yourself in however any way possible, you can still make sure that your body still has the willpower to go on and stay living in the world YOUR body was born into. In addition, your feet are kept on the ground by gravity for a reason! Feel it (your feet on the ground, in the fabric of your shoes) and become more grounded in this world that also thrives around you.
