By implying death is bad you acknowledge life is good yes, but i don’t see why suffering would be an inherent part of life if you’re all powerful

this argument only makes sense against death, not suffering.

I do see your point, but I think the flaw has to be how “perfect” is defined. Is it closer to perfect if I’m sitting where I am right now or if I move 10 inches to the left? Because if such an idea of perfection exists, then any change in our current state would also be either closer to or further away from perfection. But you could also define perfection in a way where both places I sit are equally perfect. If so, then movement between them would be no change in the state of perfection.

if heat doesn’t exist and is just the absence of cold? then isn’t cold the absence of heat then? and the same case can be made for everything you said? and you say it’s a necessity for death and evil. necessity how? is god bound by necessity. he should be all powerful. sure we can’t imagine any other existence where the material world is any different, however god who created it is limitless in creativity and power. so he could’ve easily conjured a reality where death isn’t necessary.

Good! But does heaven exist? If so, is it perfect as preached? If yes, wouldn’t that contradict your point?

At its depth, maybe the quandary becomes how can I believe in a creator when there is suffering. I cannot find meaning in suffering and for it to be created with cause seems sufferable. so I would rather it be random and without necessity than to be a necessary contrast for meaning. Much of these positions have not come from experiencing the full contrast of life.

I’ve had a related existential realization lol where every moment every state of existence is the best to ever happen and the the next one is the worst because it is no longer the perfect moment and the next one is the new best moment because we just came from the worst moment

I just want to add that heaven exist, and there'll be no death so it must be a bit more complicated. God could've made a world with no death, he's that promised for us. So it's truly a mystery why he allows certain things

@sol ッ: What I understood from the comment section: for smth to be perfection, it has to be all, which is God. One day we will reach heaven and live in perfection. Now wouldn’t that mean then we will be all, therefore God? If there’s anything material separating us from each other then we are not all, we are not perfection, we are still in a “world” with imperfection simply because we have differences between us. Which brings me to how I believe what I believe. General spirituality, we are all god, we are all one. It’s not just God is something separate because if it was then when we were with it we would be perfection as well. God IS us. We have suffering to simply experience it as others pointed out that if there was no suffering everything would be perfect and therefore basically meaningless.
