It can feel frustrating trying to manage symptoms that most people don’t fully understand. I’m always looking for ways to support my body instead of fighting against it. Things like staying active, proper hydration, compression, and being mindful of what I put into my body. Lipera is one of the things I’ve added to my routine, and it’s really been helping me.
