This is one of the most heart-wrenching films I’ve ever seen. Anytime I hear the music I feel so melancholy. The music, the movie has a hold on me for some reason. 🤷🏼♀️

What I love about this scene, is that Matthew McConaughey was reacting to nothingness, or a blank screen. The ability for him to portray that emotion, understanding how years and years away from his family, shows how immersed in this film he was, is amazing and what fuels me as an up and coming actor. A great piece to study, I would say.
