I use this all the time for my meal preps, it reheats from frozen like a dream! As always, the full recipe is below, thank you for all the support lately y’all it really means so much 🥹❤️ 🧾 Ingredients 🧾 1 pound 80/20 ground beef 1 tablespoon oat flour 1 tablespoon beef bouillon 1 teaspoon tomato powder 1 teaspoon sugar 2 teaspoons chili powder 1 teaspoon cumin 1.5 teaspoons onion powder 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder 1/4 teaspoon MSG 1/3 cup water Notes: The ingredients above are for 1 pound of meat. You can easily double or triple the recipe depending on how much beef you're making. 👨‍🍳 Instructions 👨‍🍳 1) In a small mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, beef bouillon, tomato powder, sugar, chili powder, salt, cumin, onion powder, cocoa powder, and MSG. Whisk until evenly combined. 2) In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef along with 1/3 cup of water. Break the beef apart with a spatula or spoon until it becomes very fine. 3) When the beef is about halfway cooked and you still see some pink remaining, sprinkle in the spice mixture and stir well so the beef is evenly coated. 4) Continue cooking until the beef is fully cooked and the seasoning has thickened into the meat.
