it's good because not only does dr cox have to now be the patient, he also has to trust that he taught his mentees well enough. and his mentees now have to step up and not only bring everything they've learned to the table but they also now have to step into and every so often remind their mentor that "I'm the doctor and you are my patient trust in the skills you know I have and trust in the knowledge you imparted to me over the years."
