Delta dental literally tells you to give your dentist your name and social so their office can verify your coverage. Take it up with the providers, not your patients.

I’ve had delta dental PPO for over 20 years. Never got a card. Didn’t get one for my husband when we got married. Didn’t get one for either kid when I had them. Sometimes you’re just wrong too.

I think what she means is we cant guess what insurance u have. If u provide name of insurance, dob and social/member id, we can look up the breakdown.

We’ve had Delta dental of Washington for many years and they don’t even ask for Social Security number. They just ask for the birthdate of the subscriber. All of our dentists an orthodontist have always looked it up.
