@spacecathairco: Just the tap... Hard water can have serious effects on hair color, integrity and condition. Here, I simply used water from my tap, evaporated it off on some prelightened hair to see what would happen. And it did not disappoint! Follow along as I show the mineral build up using polarized light to really bring out the details and show how those minerals attach to the hair, effecting it's color, condition and texture. Moral of the story, if you get hair color you want to pay attention to your water, use quality products, think about investing in a shower filter system and take care of your hard earned hair color!
