What is not said about the recommended follow up for each type of cancer is that the screening and follow up process also takes in to account the impact on the Healthcare system. Meaning, perhaps research shows some testing or follow up should be done at 1 month, but that might drain the resources so they push it to 3 months.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t cancer’s whole thing not being detected by your body therefore able to lead more cancer mutations? As in your body by itself cannot resolve it?
