Love your content. As a professional chef for way too long, I always tell people to trust any Julia Child book, How to Cook Everything by Mark Bittman, or recipes from Allrecipes. A lot of people don’t realize how important proven, well-tested recipes are in the kitchen. When they’ve been properly tested,with the right equipment, you cant fail.
