Flavor: slightly tangy, creamy Cream Cheese Ingredients • Milk – 1 liter • Lemon juice or vinegar – 2–3 tbsp • Salt – ½ tsp Method 1. Heat milk until hot (not boiling). 2. Add lemon juice → milk curdles. 3. Strain through cloth. 4. Blend until smooth with a little cream. 5. Add salt. Texture: smooth, spreadable Fresh Cream Ingredients • Milk – full fat (1 liter) Method 1. Boil milk and cool. 2. Refrigerate overnight. 3. Collect thick cream layer from top. I honestly never heard of sour cream made with vinegar or lemon juice. I just know it fermented with lactic acid or kefir cultures.
