As a female gamer I also just think games have really bad reputation amongst normies. Many of them don’t realise games can have rlly interesting stories or characters or beautiful worlds and think it’s just a waste of time. Honestly tho, although not everyone has to be into games you should be at least a bit curious about your partner’s hobbies and I do think those girls you describe seem to be bad girlfriends
