I have EDS and need double hip replacements due to medical negligence. I’m 35 and because I look relatively young, people will never understand chronic pain unless they are going through it in some capacity. Chronic pain doesn’t discriminate. You can develop it at any age. My thoughts are with everyone that is struggling. ❤️

Going through this right now. Just watching this made me cry. Ugh. The only person that understands is the one who cries with me because we both went through it. She keeps reminding me I will get through it but damn it’s going slow.

If you want to Dow collab I’d love to talk about this topic. I survived the worst things in the world and on top of that survive from chronic pain. I don’t think people truly understand how much it affects you mentally and physically

We are after 4 1/2 nearly 5 years. I took myself up to the emergency department of the hospital yesterday and they said I didn’t have enough red flags for another MRI. I feel that it’s a compressed nerve or something but anyway I’m on the cancellation list for that it has taken away a lot of my quality of life and affected my mental health as it does for many others I’ve gone from being extremely fit. Gym going careful with my warmups my routine my cool downs everything to be taken away in a split second still trying to hold the faith but it’s a struggle.

As I sit in the hospital day 3 with two bulging disks watching this and the doctor just wants me to do PT but I can’t walk or sit normal 😢
