check the front of the transmission and make sure that front support hasn't broke the bolts off. it's common. makes the transmission shift forward and especially when u hit the brakes.

I would highly suggest a cheap harbor freight winch so much easier than floor jacks. I pickup anything from zero turns and side by sides with it

On that Husqvarna drive belt, the 3 small pulleys under there are almost always the cause of the belt hopping off. Sometimes they will lock up momentarily and not spin. among other issues. Or the bearings will get slack and they won’t spin true.

I had a husquavarna come thru and drive belt kept falling off in reverse. The mounts on the body for the transaxle were broke and barely hanging on.
