Phyllo butter 2 cups vanilla frozen custard (use 3 if using an airy ice cream) ⅓ cup whole milk 2 tbsp 100% pistachio paste 2 tsp water 2 tsp sugar 2 tsp honey Tiny pinch salt Pistachio Paste: Add unsalted raw pistachios to a food processor. If it doesn’t combine smoothly at first add a drizzle of oil (pistachio or olive oil ideally) until it does. Salted honey: Combine water, sugar, honey, and salt. Microwave in 30second increments, mixing in between, until fully dissolved. #Recipe
