@coachrobertmoore: Type two diabetes can be tricky. Most people think that it's just about carbs and sugar... But the real problem lies deeper than that. It's what happens when the sugar gets into your bloodstream. If your body is insulin resistant the sugar cannot be used for energy. This means you can cut out all the carbs you want, but if you don't fix the insulin resistance problem, you're still going to end up with low energy, you're gonna end up with headaches and all the other problems that come with not treating the root problem. What most people don't realize is that type 2 diabetes leads to neuropathy, meaning you lose sensation. It can lead to eyesight damage and worse. It can lead to kidney failure. That's why a lot of people are on dialysis today. If you want to avoid this, you can, but you can't do it. Just cutting out sugar alone. Drop a comment and tell me what's more frustrating. Doing the right thing and not getting the results or no not knowing what to actually do. #type2diabetes #insulinresistance
