I worked night shift for over 4 yrs and just switched to a daylight job at a doctors office it was such a big adjustment but it is sooooo much better and there is less drama I honestly love my job now

I had to work 4 day shift shifts when I was first hired before I could start on nights and I swear I almost quit before I realized that the night crew was MUCH more chill, like I got into trouble for daying god damn no where near a patient, like arent we adults here guys?
