I was a determinist (kinda mechanical materialistish) for a long time bc i independently came up with it when i was in elementary school and it depressed me the older i got and the more i thought about it. Dialectical materialism completely revolutionized my life Marx rlly saved me

Marxism ignores culture, race and reducts the human condition purely to its ability to fo work, same folly as capitalism. Humans are not cogs in a machine who's only worth is what it can produce, consume, obey over ideology (exact reason why marxist regimes were executing tibetan monks, buddhist, and christians who worshipped something other than the system, and declare that man is ordered upwards towards something higher). A regime built on material finality cannot tolerate that, they can't convince a man who defeats suffering inwardly, someone who doesn't need external circumstances to rid him of suffering, they cannot tolerate someone who is poor and happy, because they will not k*ll for their regime or die for their regime. Humans aren't made up of political ideologies, they are made up of souls
