LOL if you don't have AC in your car, this is NOT going to be a decent substitute, at all. This is 100% NOT a "portable AC". It's a small fan that blows slightly colder air than normal fans. Emphasis on "slightly", to the point where it's barely noticeable.

it's perfect if you wake up at night in ur air conditioning room having heat flashes it cool you down fast, but outside in the heat, no if anything it makes it feel hotter

it's a peltier. they use them in computers to keep the CPU cool. using batteries, I'm sure that thing doesn't do as great as they advertise
