badly wanna consult sa isang psychologist... natatakot na ako sa sarili ko haha kapag ka subrang bigat na kasi lahat gusto ko makakita ng dugo or makaramdam ng hapdi para ma malipat yung sakit imbis na sa dibdib ei nafofocus ako dun sa dugo at sa hapdi and lately diko namamalayan na ginagawa ko na pala parang naging habit na diko na alam, kaso wala pa budjet 😅

I don't know if this is weird or normal but most of the time whenever I was feeling very emotional and having negative thoughts and pity for myself, I always end up being positive in the end because in the first place I already know the solutions to my problem, and that's what makes it even more difficult for someone who is very aware and have great understanding because I always ended up invalidating my own feelings😔 leading me to think that feeling those is pointless

Kala ko meaning neto nababaliw na ko kasi after all the negative thoughts, kayang kaya ko I-detached yung sarili ko sa negativities and became positive kapag feed up na ko sa negativities ko haha. Then, I feel better
