Your not alone my friend, just be careful the bathroom can be a dangerous place if you do pass out. I grab a bunch of those vomit 🤮 bags every time I’m in the hospital or clinic. Get some airflow, use a fan, that helps me when I’m feeling that way. My heart is feeling for you. Sending healing vibes, hang in there. 💪💛💜

I’m so sorry you are going through this. When you can get back to your bed… call someone to come be with you - and remember if this is a normal thing for you - this will pass like it always does! Sending you prayers!

I’ve had a lot of nausea, vomiting, lightheadedness and head pain and what I have found to help me the most until it all passes, is to get cold water on me asap. I get a cloth wet and hold to my face, put on my neck, run cold water over my wrists and forearms, and for whatever that exploding head pain was, I put a cold wet towel on my head and had to hold it with pressure to get it to stop. The cloths would all warm up quickly so I would repeat getting them really cold again a few times until I was able to go lay down in my bed. Sending you love 💕

Keep a box of necessities in every room. A water bottle, heat pack, clean washcloth, snack high protein if possible. Basic meds.

Hi. I'm here in Florida holding space for you. I understand how hard it is. I'm alone in the world and do this solo too. THAT just makes it worse. Please reach out. Having a friend would be great!

I remember the first time my Occipital Neuralgia hit - I had just woken up and was naked on the toilet when I suddenly felt like I got hit in the back of the head by a baseball bat. I was certain I must be having a stroke and my first thought was "I'm gonna die and they'll find me naked, face down, unwiped ass up 😭" followed by "you live alone and don't work. who is supposed to find you?" it's scary and I don't really have much advice for you. the only thing that helps me is to remind myself that every time I thought I was dying - I didn't 🤷♀️
