it def depends because the first time i made sinigang for my korean friends they loved it so much they ended up using the broth as chasers. it’s a must at every function now 🙂↕️🙂↕️🙂↕️

Sinigang has many ways to be prepared. Some cooks would choose to put more sourness to it and some would prefer to be just mild. It's just unfortunate that for a first timer like you, you had to eat the overly sour one 😅

that's not the right way to eat sinigang we filipino we dipped it the meat in the fish sauce that has a chillies and the other way is pour a little amount of fish souce in the soup to balance the sour taste
