@imva.glenn: I wasn't interviewed. I asked the questions. Then HE made an offer so good. I said "I'm convinced." Most VAs: Get interviewed. Answer questions. Hope they're good enough. Pray they get chosen. I flipped it. I followed up for a month. Never pitched. Never asked for work. Just asked questions: "What part of your business needs help?" "Where are you stuck?" "What's taking your time?" I listened. I understood. I offered ideas. Then today? I called He started offering ME deals. "I want you to list my products on Facebook Marketplace." "I'll give you base pay + uncapped commission." "You can do sales for me too." He kept going. Better and better offers. And I said: "I'm convinced." Not him. Me. Because when you ask the right questions. When you add real value first. You're not the one being sold to. THEY are. They convince YOU to work with them. Not the other way around. That's the power shift. It transforms your entire approach. Your chances of landing clients. Because you're no longer competing. You're choosing. And clients know it. So they make offers you can't refuse. Just to get you to say yes. Check the link in my bio for the complete guide on how to do it. Comment "CONVINCED" if you're ready to make clients chase YOU. Follow for proof that when you ask the questions, you hold the power. #virtualassistant #hireavirtualassistant #tdcplaybook #interviewtips #digitalnomad
