I just finished my impairment rating last week. I feel like they screwed me over because all they kept talking about was fractures when I had two surgeries to repair a major tendon in my foot plus on my other foot I almost lost my toe now it’s deformed and causing me problems

yup,I got 2 offers with the first 3 months after then denied liability for a torn meniscus and nerve damage. one for 7.500 and another for 15k both turned down. here we are a year later,still bumping heads with them.
