Keeping the legs bent and arms relatively straight. • Practice this type of locomotion until your movement becomes smoother and easier and you’ll naturally build healthier hips, knees, and ankles. → You’ll get stronger wrists, elbows, and shoulders as you move around more freely on all fours 2️⃣ ARMADILLO ROLLOUT • Get into a low table pose and cross one leg over the other… • Shift your weight forward towards your feet, sending your knee over your toes... → Extend your hips and look up to stretch your hip flexors, quads, and shoulders~ 3️⃣ PIGEON TWIST Bend your front knee to 45 degrees and open up your hips, front to back, as much as possible. Hinge your hips and lean forward to accentuate the glute stretch. → Great option for your hips and hamstrings after a long day of sitting 🫂 Share to someone who wants healthier movement~
