I placed an order and immediately requested cancellation before it shipped. I was told cancellation was possible, but the order still shipped anyway. I also ended up enrolled in an autoship subscription without clear account access or an easy way to manage or cancel it. Customer support tried to help at first, but the process has been confusing and not transparent. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, especially around checkout and subscription controls.

Loses pressure in a few weeks, and then it started making a crazy vibrating sound, sent a video of all of it, they offered a 15% refund….terrible customer service, shady business, complete waste of money

I could give a damn about how hard the damn thing sprays. Mine sprays entirely too hard. It’s ridiculous. It needs a soft mode and a turn off mode
