So anytime I’ve seen this was when my sister left the steak out in the fridge for some days (too long) and she would STILL cook it. I would see it while it’s raw and cooked. She would get mad I wouldn’t eat her food. But girl. It’s been in there for almost a week. But some more…🙄 I feel like sometimes the markets will still leave old meat out and sell It and the red dye they use is wearing off.

Basically the meat is oily. I’m a meat cutter and when I first saw this it threw me off but it’s just natural oil. Usually see it with sirloins
