honestly, there’s nothing wrong with wu shiguang doing that. yes, jiling has contributed a lot, but don’t forget wu shiguang’s real brothers. from another point of view, li jie comes off as harsh here, but he isn’t wrong. i’m a rui fan, but this time i think gjm’s favoritism kind of messed up the plot. what do you mean wu shiguang—who was made from the nine inverted scale of his brothers, the nine true dragons—ends up being overshadowed by jiling? i’ve seen comments saying wsg is a nepo baby, but what do you expect 😭 he’s like an intern going up against the ceo 😭 but it’s okay, at least wu shiguang’s character isn’t written like gong ziyu, who i think is truly useless lmao 😭
