Good evening. I would like to raise a concern regarding my employment situation. I was suddenly dismissed from my job due to my absence last Friday, April 17, 2026. However, this absence was due to a personal matter that I had already communicated in advance. I initially requested leave on April 7, but it was not approved. I made another attempt to inform my employer about my need to take leave, but it was rejected again. Despite this, I had to proceed with my absence on the scheduled date due to the urgency of my personal matter. After that, I was informed that I should not report to work anymore because of my absence. Additionally, my employer has stated that my salary for the last cutoff period (April 6 to April 20) will not be released. In this regard, I respectfully request assistance in resolving this matter, particularly in ensuring that my earned salary is released as soon as possible. Thank you

Attorney. sa company nami ngayon, absent ka ngayun tas kinabukasan hindi na kami pina duty. Isa lang absent mo naging dalawa kasi hindi ka nila pina duty kinabukasan. May ganon po ba sa company na ganon
