I still think that an alarm should be tied to your keys so when the alarm gets triggered your keys are going off just as loud so you can turn it off

It’s probably a bad battery, and they most likely live on the opposite side of the building. This happened to me, and I was the one with the beeping car alarm, and I had no idea until someone left me a note.😭😭😭

It’s a malfunction with the battery connection. You have to call nonemergency police. The police will wake up the guy and make him unhook the battery.
