Yes, you can generally record inside a restaurant because there is no reasonable expectation of privacy in a public dining area. However, as it is private property, management can ask you to stop filming or leave at any time. Refusing to leave after being told to stop can lead to trespassing charges.

I mean, if that’s the case it’s on wishes towards the DoorDash driver because there’s no reason that you let other people come in and film for more than a 32nd interaction. Nobody can say it’s for protecting liners when you have other people posting these exact same people for more than 30 seconds because they’re staying in the restaurant.
