How easy is it to get a mortgage? I believe it’s similar to the UK but I’m sceptical? Can’t decide whether to part fund a house with a mortgage or wait and buy outright when i have inheritance🤔🥲. Thanks for doing this x

Do you have family out there? what made you decide Cyprus was where you wanted to be? so many questions. I'm moving from Chester to Northwich in 3 weeks n I'm really panicking bcoz don't know the area but it's only 15 miles from where i am now, If I had the money I'd love to love in Thailand (but a 2 week holiday isn't the same as relocating)

We're here at the moment looking at rental properties on the east of the island with a view to moving permanently in 3/4 months. Love love love Cyprus. Spent 31/2 years here ~20 years ago and have just been waiting to retire to return for good. Can't wait.
