Try a lymphatic drainage massage! If there is any trapped fluids it can cause swelling which causes more trapped fluid, a vicious cycle. I used to work at a clinic that did lymphatic drainage massage and it was really popular amongst people with chronic congestion. Worst outcome is, it doesn’t work but you get a nice massage out of it! 😂

This is so real 😭 I feel like I've never had a good breathe through my nose. ENTs suggested septoplasty + turbinate reduction for me. In the meantime saline nasal rinses + pseudoephedrine help when it's really bad

You could try and talk to a specialized dentist or oral surgeon if your jaw is maybe not sitting where it should be (especially because of the clicking). Also I‘d recommend face massages that focus on sinuses and fluid draining. And last thing (just from personal experience), are you maybe allergic to something in your home or work? I had chronic sore throat for 3 years in my old home, because apparently something was wrong with the walls. I moved and it never came back.

nasal turbinates might be swollen and might need cauterization which will take away a month of your life maybe 2 but you will breathe again properly ..been there done that

u ever went to a... whatever it's called noseoscopy(?) 😅? they put camera inside ur sinuses to look for stuff because sometimes (especially when u are prolongly stressed, after other infections when body is weaker, etc) u can get a fungal infection that might respond to oral antifungal meds, but usually needs to be surgically removed. but basically - have a doctor stick camera up ur nose + do swab+culture for fungi to rule that thing out
can also be plenty of other things, but if u havent ruled that out, very worthwhile to check out if u had issues for such a long time

This stuff works better than any spray I've used, it will hurt like shit the first time if your sinuses are all chapped though. I would literally cut out my own sinuses if they stopped making this stuff.

Regulary flushing with saltwater or see a real doctor and ask if they can "break" open the nasal passage. Had a friend who did that surgery and has no problems anymore.
