I started the white bottle one about 3 weeks ago. I am 60yrs old and been clogging the drain every time I washed my hair. Combed it over the tub too, so many came out. After the first week , the drain did not clog!!! I would say at least 80% less hair loss. Take it in almond milk mixed in. For sure I’ll be using it for a long time.
