With neither side able to secure a decisive victory, negotiations followed. The realm stood on the brink of destruction, and both Daemon and Daeron understood that continued war would shatter the Seven Kingdoms. A compromise was reached: Daemon abandoned his claim to the Iron Throne in exchange for vast privileges, lands, and recognition for House Blackfyre. The Blackfyre Rebellions never occurred. Bittersteel departed for Essos in bitterness and exile, while Bloodraven remained at court, forever suspicious of his sister’s influence.
