here's my issue with these pod cleaners. the pod doesn't even go into the water reservoir. the water goes directly into and out in to the cup. So how is The coffee maker getting clean

The pod never filters the internal water reservoir area. All you’re doing is putting a pod in and the hot water is running through the pod into a glass to make it look dirty. What’s cleaning the actual internal system of the coffee maker itself? This is fraud.

Try the tablet you drop it in the reservoir. I bought and used one the other day and the water was brown and had little black flakes...smh
