you want to minimize surface area with LM. so go to bulk in a filtered bag. 10-14 days then side fruit with a single slit . best of luck

Beyond Fungi :
it appears its actually the Hericium corallides species. Wrong packaging. possibly.Should use it vertically on wood/ hay substrate 👍🍀🙌🍄🍄
