@bellaskitchen25: Crispy Garlic Parmesan Potato Balls Ingredients 4 Medium potatoes 5 tbsp cornstarch (about 90g) 1 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder ½ tsp salt adjust to taste 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp paprika 100g parmesan cheese (finely grated) 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped Cheese for filling cut into small cubes Vegetable oil for deep frying Chili Mayonnaise ½ cup mayonnaise 2 tbsp chili sauce like sriracha ½ tsp garlic powder 1 tsp lemon juice Pinch of salt and black pepper Boil the potatoes until fork-tender, then drain and mash until smooth. Add all ingredients and mix until well combined. Take about 1 tablespoon of the mixture, flatten it in your palm, place a cube of gouda in the center, and roll into a smooth ball.
