. direction of needle and vein ❌ . please, transfer the blood into tube without needle, it decrease the chance of hemolysis ✅ and please use the dry cotton 👍

@subarna8750: You should take out the needle first before filling the vial or else it may lead to hemolysis, further more one hand capping should be done to avoid needle prick injury ( As a fellow lab technologist 😊)
