@madelainerascan: The 1 booty exercise you absolutely need 👇 Try this trio: Glute bridge - as many reps as it takes to hit nearly failure, depends on the weight you’re using.. straight into pulses, likely ~ 10 or so should be the max. Hold + squeeze for the last hoorah! Rest..repeat 3 sets, 3 times per week for a perkier badonkey. Enjoy! 🍑
1.when can I expect resaults if i do 3 sets (5-10)reps daily?2.when I do the exercise i my back moves a little bit like moving back like my back slipping a few centimeters direction to my head....like I moved like a snail a little bit ...hope I explained good....and I have to always put closer my feet and bottom as I said....when I do those exercises the space becomes bigger between my bottom and legs
