Perfect! I ran a daycare and My ‘ace up my sleeve’ was putting on the same lullaby music (back in the days of cassette tapes) every single rest time. It was Pavlovian. 😂 (FYI It was called A Child’s Gift of Lullabies)

I babysit twin boys, started when they just turned 1, they're are 4 now and still do quite time on cue. Consistency is the key.

I’m a nanny and a babysitter and I just managed 8 hours 2-10:30 with 2 three year old, a two year old, and one month old. I can not imagine having 4 toddlers every day omg.
