@stevenfnp83: Most guys hear “blood gets thick on TRT” and think a blood thinner fixes it… wrong problem. That helps with clotting, not viscosity. If your hematocrit is climbing, your heart is working harder every beat. Fix the dose, fix the frequency, fix the drivers. That’s how you manage it the right way. Not medical advice. #TRTmistakes #MensHealth #HormoneOptimization #Hematocrit #TRTtruth
My buddy has high red blood count and they only have him on 20 mg’s of TRT. They are making donate blood every 90 days. He said he is still struggling with sleep.

My rbc is always very elevated. You'd think I'm blasting 700mg's a week, but I'm actually taking 140mg. I eat clean, no alcohol and drink a gallon of water a day and hydrate before testing. How much will cardio and ed subq injections help?

Can we connect? I am prescribed test through my doc and I pin once a week. He doesn't believe in more frequent doses and says to stick to once a week. My hematocrit was at 51.9 last blood test and my BP is perfect. im at .75 ML a week. I feel pretty good but feel like I could optimize better.

Weekend benders and dehydration and or sleep apnea will raise red cells too. fix the frequency and stop the booze and donate blood every 2 to 3 months... If your blood was that bad red cross would decline it. I know my h&h is upper limits but it still gets used and distributed throughout the west coast hospitals. red cross will tell you where your blood gets used

There’s nothing wrong with having thick blood it’s just more oxygen in your blood half the doctor say it’s good the other half say it’s bad what’s the fucking point
