it's typically 6-12 hours for me. I think they average out that '24 hours' because some people have much slower metabolic rates.

My allergist said I can take one in the morning and one at night if it’s that bad 🤷♀️but I started allergy shots and am feeling great! Highly recommend if you can afford it.
