I love this so much, for those reading I would rephrase it instead of “look better” (bc it can put emphasis on changing beauty standards) but it’s when you start looking after yourself and investing in yourself that it sets standards and boundaries of how you others should treat you and builds your internal confidence which allows more external opportunities (jobs, relationships etc etc)
